The African “Diamond Safari” Begins

After a braai (South African barbecue) in our friends' yard last night, we're up early! We're packed and off to meet our colleagues for the start of our diamond safari. First stop this morning is our diamond cutters and installment #1 of hand-selecting the sparkling beauties. At day's end we'll be meeting with the DeBeers group for updates and discussion. Gotta run!
